Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping: We provide trackable SF Express shipping services.
International Shipping: We provide trackable EMS global shipping services.
Shipping Time
The following shipping times apply to in-stock items and do not include Made to Order products.
We will ship the item within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days
Asia: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination
Other International Regions: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping Fee: NT$ 95
Asia Region Shipping Fee: NT$ 500
Other International Regions Shipping Fee: NT$ 1000
All international orders will be shipped under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties and related fees for the destination country.
Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, we accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with the original packaging and tags intact.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
The product must remain in its original packaging and tags, and must not have been used.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
After reviewing your request, we will provide specific instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
We will not accept returns for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Exceptions: Certain items, such as undergarments, personal hygiene products, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that have been used, damaged, or opened are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a trackable shipping receipt.
